Elegant Child of Beverly Hills proudly stands behind the quality of all of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 100% 14-day money back guarantee. Please send your item(s) back to us, in unused, original condition, and we will refund your purchase less shipping and handling. Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Personalized items, items shipped directly from the manufacturer and special orders are non-refundable.


SHIPPING INFORMATION

All purchases are shipped via USPS or FedEx. Please call us if you require Next Day, 2nd Day and 3-Day Air Shipping. We happily accommodate all of your shipping needs.

To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to three business days to process your order for shipping, in addition to the time indicated for your preferred shipping method. Personalized items may require additional production time as indicated on the product page.

Priority Mail typically takes 1-3 business days. Elegant Child cannot be responsible for unanticipated carrier delays. All items shipping outside the Continental US (Hawaii and Alaska only) are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Please contact us for exact rates.

Local Pickup is defined as in store pickup (Topanga, California), drop off to Beverly Hills centered agencies such as The Gersh Agency, UTA, CAA and others within Beverly Hills, as well as coordination of messenger service (cost of messenger service not included).

Please note Fedx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or international addresses. For those items shipped FedEx, P.O. Box holders must provide a valid physical address.

Should an incorrect shipping address be given resulting in the reshipment of a package the customer will be charged for all incurring costs.

Elegant Child is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.

Flat Rate Shipping items are mailed out directly from the manufacturer and are marked with a shipping note on the item's order page.

In the event an item is shipped directly from the manufacturer and picked up at our showroom, the customer is subject to shipping costs. Please email us with any questions before placing your order.

Shipping of a single order to multiple destinations is available. Please contact gifts@elegantchild.com to arrange this service.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship internationally. When placing your order online, please enter your billing address as the shipping address as well. Please call or email us with the international address.  You will be notified with the final amount of the additional charges. Upon approval of the shipping charges, you order will be processed. 


Items shipping internationally are sent via USPS Air Mail and are adjusted upon final processing of your order. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for any taxes/duties incurred by destination country. For international returns, we cannot refund any import fees.


All APO/Military addresses are subject to a service fee.
